Welcome back ! Today I have a recipe as usual easy and quick for mornings you just don’t feel like cooking or eating salty dishes. I tend to make these a lot lately with different variations. You have all you need in it. Fibre, good nutrients and it’s really a refreshing and fulfilling drink. You can also take it on the go in your mason jar 🙂

If you want, you can use frozen bananas instead. I just love mangoes and prefer them over bananas.
Breakfast mango strawberry smoothy
- 1/2 cup frozen mangos (or frozen bananas)
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 greek yoghurt
- 1/2 unsweetened vanilla flavoured almond milk
- 1/3 cup oatmeal
- honey to taste
Blend everything on your blender / smoothie maker, pour in a cup and enjoy.
Tip : To make it easier, if you have a small nutri-bullet blender, put the wet ingredients at last for them to be closer to the blade. That way the blade won’t get stuck on the frozen fruits after two spins lol.
